Relieving sore muscles in the bath
We all know that after a stressful day or strenuous workout, the last thing we want is to be sore. That’s why this post is dedicated to helping you find relief with my favorite muscle-soothing ingredients for your next bath.
The first ingredient I recommend adding to your bath is Epsom salt. Add one cup of Epsom salt and two cups of baking soda into warm water to increase magnesium levels, relaxing tense muscles. The second ingredient I recommend adding is apple cider vinegar with the mother – it has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain by decreasing inflammation in joints and tissues and stimulating circulation. For this recipe, add 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons of honey.
